This 1/4" tube male JIC x 1/8" male pipe 90° male elbow tube fitting is made of stainless steel 316, has a male JIC tube connection and a male NPT connection, and is suitable for use in high pressure fuel delivery and fluid power applications. It is made of stainless steel 316 for higher strength and greater corrosion resistance than stainless steel 304 and has a maximum pressure rating of 5,000 PSI at an operating temperature range of -425°F to +1,200°F. This 90° male elbow fitting connects tubes at a 90° angle to change the direction of flow between two tubes. It has a male JIC tube connection on one end for connecting to a flared tube, and a male NPT connection on the other end for connecting to a female threaded tube. The NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads. This JIC fitting is a type of flare fitting machined with a 37° flare seating surface. This tube fitting is suitable for use in instrumentation, process, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas and other tubing applications.
