ARG Industrial warrants the products described herein, and manufactured by Industrial Supply to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you receive a product that has been deemed defective or damaged upon receipt, ARG Industrial will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the total value of the item

Other than the obligation of ARG Industrial set forth herein, Industrial Supply disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other obligation or liability. The foregoing constitutes ARG Industrial sole obligation with respect to damages, whether direct, incidental or consequential, resulting from the use or performance of the product.

We kindly ask that you attempt to resolve a problem with us instead of leaving a negative feedback. Problems are usually misunderstandings and with a little patience can be easily resolved. When customers give us the opportunity to respond, they are never disappointed.

ARG Industrial offers a 14 day return policy after date of purchase subject to ARG Industrial's rules. If an item is deemed defective or damaged upon receipt ARG Industrial will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the total value of the item. If an item is ordered incorrectly or if the customer has changed their mind about an order then the buyer will be subject a restock fee. A restock fee will be determined based on the sellable condition of the returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be returned in original package and in sellable condition. Items returned after 14 days cannot be honored for a refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges back to ARG Industrial. ARG Industrial will issue a refund for authorized returned merchandise only.
