Silicone Hose

We stock Silicone Coolant hose, Heater hose, Bellows, and Elbows. These hoses can be used for coolants and they can be used in high-temperature situations. They come in straights and formed hoses for diesel and gas engines and can be used in turbo or charge air coolers.

90° and 45° Elbows

We stock 90° and 45° Silicone Elbows. They can be used as a coolant hose, and also as a charge air connector. For heavy duty pressure connections in hostile engine environments. Resists hardening, cracking, cold leaks, aging, and many chemicals. Ideal for extreme temperature and various pressure ranges where high performance levels are required. For connection between the turbocharger and the engine. Resists chemicals, steam, ozone, coolants, and aging conditions normally found in the engine environments.


Heater Hose

We stock Heater Hose, for high temperature applications. Resistant to coolant additives. Blue extruded Heater Hose in bulk to be cut to length for connecting coolant to cab and sleeper heaters. Valve wall silicone with 1-ply reinforcement. Packaging available in handy dispenser cartons containing 50 ft of hose.


Charge Air Connectors Cold Side, Hot Side, Fluorocarbon

Cold Side- Charge Air Connectors (CAC). 3-Ply Silicone coated polyester fabric with stainless steel pressure retention rings. Hot side- Charge Air Connectors(CAC). 4-Ply Silicone coated meta-aramid fabric with stainless steel pressure retention rings. Hot Side: Fluorocarbon Lined Charge Air Connectors (CAC). 4-Ply Silicone coated meta-aramid fabric with stainless steel pressure retention rings.


Coolant Hose

We stock Coolant Hose, for heavy duty coolant connections in hostile engine environments. Ideal for extreme temperatures and varied pressure where high performance is a must. 3-ply mandrel made Coolant Hose connects radiator to engine block for coolant delivery.
